The Futura Horizon is a premium Self-Serve stainless steel package that gives you superior quality, ETL (Electrical Testing Lab) support and a 2-year limited warranty. Many of the components in this system may be considered upgrades in other manufacturer's packages but are standard in the Horizon package. The components consist of the pumping station, detergent dispenser, foam brush dispenser, tire motor-presoak dispensers and in-bay package.
Pumping Station is constructed of a strong tubular stainless steel frame with an easy accessible electrical enclosure. The ceramic plunger pump/motor assembly is a 3HP or 5HP belt driven assembly for optimum performance.
Detergent Dispenser is all stainless steel tanks - installed on re-enforced shelf above pump assemblies for optimum feed supply flow, situated behind electrical panel to keep liquids from the electrical system - automatic proportioning valve installed for soap or wax, externally of the tank for easy servicing.
Foam Brush Dispenser is all stainless steel mounting plate and includes air operated diaphragm pump, stainless solenoid valves, pressure regulator, independent metering valves, solid state control circuitry, stainless steel tank with automatic feed proportioning valve, stainless steel 180 wall boom, 15' non-marking bay hose with strain relief, hogs hair brush head, aluminum brush handle, wand holder, connection manifolds, connection tubing and plumbing hoses.
Tire Motor-Presoak Dispensers are all stainless mounting plates - built same as foam brush. Includes air operated diaphragm pump, stainless solenoid valves, pressure regulator, independent metering valves, solid state control circuitry, stainless steel tank with automatic feed proportioning valve, connection manifolds, connection tubing and plumbing hoses.
In-Bay Package includes: 100% stainless steel 360 degree overhead boom with 6-foot adjustable stainless boom arm and spring tension system, 3/8" high pressure boom swivel, 3/8" wire braid bay hose with swivel and hose strain relief, trigger-weep type gun, insulated wand pipe or flexible wand, Lexan/aluminum menu instruction sign, multi-colored Lexan decals, additional signage includes: Lexan/aluminum pectoral foam brush, presoak, and tire clean sign, caution instruction sign, and four-per-bay stainless clothes pin type mat hangers.
