Never before has such an innovative and environmentally friendly,
self-service car wash system like the new I.C.E. (Intelligent Carwash
Equipment) been introduced to the car wash industry. There is nothing on
the market that encompasses the design features and control aspects built
into the I.C.E. System. For starters the four bay powder coated stainless
cube frame allows access directly and easily to every feature from three
distinct sides. Because supply feeds can be plumbed directly to the top of
the module, you could have 360° access to all sides if you desire.
The heart of the system, the direct drive triplex pump system delivers
every option. That’s right, one pump delivery. Each pump module is
independently gravity fed with hot/cold water supply. This allows for
optimal pump supply, providing feed water blending that eliminates
thermal shock to the pump. Each module is PLC controlled which allows
for complete and total control of each low pressure and high pressure
function. You can do this with the touch of a fi nger or by PC through an
internet connection.
The special PLC program utilizes a variable frequency drive (VFD)
system to control motor revolutions per minutes (RPM). This allows
all water output and chemical mixing to be done through an exclusive
downstream injection system. That means no low pressure chemicals ever
go through the pump. Because we use down stream injection utilizing
PLC control with a positive displacement pump, we have, the most
accurate delivery system to ever be introduced into the vehicle cleaning
market. No worry about pressure fl uctuations, chemical tanks with
hydrominders. Just positive displacement control and accuracy, that’s
why we say it’s the most cost effective, innovative and environmentally
friendly system to ever be introduced into the car wash market. The Futura
I.C.E. control center has also incorporated the spot free rinse option into
the operating system. This not only saves valuable floor space, but allows
a fully integrated control and monitoring system for this option through
the PLC. Additionally this allows you to select your fl ow and pressure
through the variable speed direct drive pump assembly. Because of the
variable frequency drive controls, we have also incorporated a special
pressure boost so you can operate your standard chosen pressure for all
customers. With the touch of a button on our new “Connect” meters you
can give your customer a special power boost for extra cleaning power.
With our new “Access” meters, wiring connections are simple. Plug a
CAT 5 cable and power from the meter, to the I.C.E. control center, that’s
it!
The new Futura I.C.E. is completely pre-wired, pre-plumbed for one hot/
cold water, air and power connection. The end result... No multiple low
pressure pumps, minimal moving parts, no belts pulleys and a two year
I.C.E. limited parts warranty.
